Workshops are as follows. If you book four, you will only pay for three. Workshops are one hour and fifteen minutes long and cost £10 each.

WORKSHOP 1 - 10.00am - 11.15am
A TASTE OF BURLESQUE. Learn the art of tantalising tease with Michelle Pender. Suitable for all levels.


WORKSHOP 2 - 10.00am - 11.15am
ORIENTAL CHOREOGRAPHY. Learn a simple but effective Egyptian choreography with Amanda Phillips. Suitable for all levels.


WORKSHOP 3 - 11.30am - 12.45pm
BELLY DANCE FITNESS. Have a blast with Jenny Bent in a thorough but fun belly dance workout session to get your blood racing. Simple moves with an energetic twist. Suitable for Beginners and all levels.


WORKSHOP 4 - 11.30am - 12.45pm
BELLY DANCE FUSION AND IMPROVISATION. A workshop incorporating the art of learning to improvise with Joanna Dowey. A fun way to do your ‘own thing’. Suitable for all levels.

WORKSHOP 5 - 2.00pm - 3.15pm
ABDOMINAL TECHNIQUES. A technique workshop with Hilary Shepherd focusing on abdominal isolations, percussives and fluids. This workshop is not for beginners. Intermediate and Advanced.


WORKSHOP 6 - 2.00pm - 3.15pm
BALADI MELANGE. An education in the art of Baladi with Madeleine Mitchell. Incorporating the music of Egypt and beyond, improvisational skills are required for this workshop as you will be expected to go beyond your comfort zone. Suitable for Intermediate and Advanced only.


WORKSHOP 7 - 3.30pm - 4.45pm
DRUM, DANCE & SAGAT with Michelle Pender and Madeleine Mitchell. A chance for both drummer and dancer to work together learning simple moves and combinations to basic drum patterns. There will be the option to learn simple sagat (finger cymbals) techniques whilst dancing. Or simply come along to drum along. This workshop will NOT break down moves or technique. Suitable for all levels
